Directions for use: Wash and clean nose with soap and water, dry thoroughly. Ensure nose is free of creams, oils and make-up. Remove liner and avoid touching the adhesive. Center nasal strip on nose as shown in the image. Press strip from center to edge to fully adhere. Hold for 30 seconds. The strip is correctly positioned if the rounded tab is in the center of the top of the nasal bone. The flexible part of the strip should be positioned just above the nostrils. To remove: Wet nasal strip with warm water. Gently lift both ends and remove slowly to minimize risk of injury. Discard used nasal strip.
