Hylo Dual Ectoin Eye Drops 10ml combines a dual-action technology: intensive hydration and cell protection. It contains Ectoin, a natural amino acid with cell membrane-stabilizing properties, which protects corneal cells against osmotic stress and free radicals. The presence of lubricating agents keeps the ocular surface hydrated, reducing redness, eye fatigue, and a gritty feeling in the eyes. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years old, it helps restore hydration to the ocular surface, protecting corneal cells against oxidative damage and external irritations, promoting immediate and long-lasting comfort. It can be integrated into a daily eye care routine, complementing it with eye hygiene solutions or preservative-free artificial tears from the Hylo line for greater protection. Apply 1 to 2 drops to the affected eye(s) as needed. It can be used several times a day, including before exposure to dry environments or long periods in front of screens. It is compatible with contact lenses (remove them before application and wait 15 minutes before reinserting them). For greater comfort, keep the bottle upright and avoid direct contact of the tip with the eye or surface.
