Dissolve the contents of each of the 2 sachets (4.5 g of REHYDRATION and 2 g of L. rhamnosus) in 200 ml of water (preferably sterilized and cooled before use or with low mineralization). If an additional dose of REHYDRATION is required on the same day, do not add L. rhamnosus. If not consumed immediately, once prepared, it can be kept cold and consumed within 12 hours.
