The BCAA Powder formula combines branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) in a 4:1:1 ratio (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) with Glutamine. The combination of BCAAs and Glutamine makes it possible to obtain a formula that enhances protein synthesis, promotes better muscle recovery after exercise and prevents chronic fatigue. Muscle Recovery In addition to the 3 branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), which play an important role in reducing muscle damage, it also has glutamine, another amino acid that helps prevent muscle catabolism while protecting immune and intestinal health. .
